CWIS WeighGuard is an application running on PC that captures incoming and outgoing truck weight. It gets automatic weight feeds from weighbridge scale terminal.

With WeighGuard to manage the daily weighing operation, it gives your valued customers an unparalleled experience with reduced wait times, smoother transaction and custom tickets that can be emailed to them automatically.

The data is secured in a powerful SQL Server database that can be deployed on a single workstation on site or on a remote server for access from multiple other workstations.

With more complete records that can be viewed with ease right in WeighGuard or exported to various formats, this shall help the management to alleviate the complex functions and also to enable them to make fast and accurate decisions.

WeighGuard consists of 3 basic modules:

Dispatch
Capture weight of product sold and other relevant information dispatch to customers.

Receipt
Capture weight of product received and others relevant information delivered by suppliers.

Miscellaneous
Capture weight of other non-essential product or rental of weighbridge for public weighing.

CWIS FraudGuard Unattended or Unmanned Weighing Software is a customized fully automated weighing software system interfacing with many hardware devices that can be configured according to user requirements.

FraudGuard is a network based application software that automatically captures the incoming and outgoing truck weights from the weighing scale. This program is interfaced with devices such as MyKad reader, HID card reader, weighing indicator, remote display units, cameras, Traffic light systems, Barrier gates, safety sensors, Vehicle positioning sensors, etc. to outfit the unmanned weighing operations of the weighbridge system.

FraudGuard helps you to automate your weighing operations with the following features.

Capturing the personal information for registration using MyKad reader.
Automated booking and calling of booking numbers.

Allows capturing the picture of driver as well as vehicle identity.

CWIS FraudGuard consists of different modules as described below:

Queuing System

Queuing system is a software module that helps to generate queue number for each registered trucks at the time of booking, to do loading or unloading of goods. To do this, driver has to register the truck and get an access card from the official.

Once the card is registered, the driver can do a booking to proceed to loading or unloading. A booking number will be generated and allotted to the driver based on some criteria like transaction type, loading/unloading location, etc. The system will call the booking number based on priority and will be displayed on a remote display screen that can be placed facing to the truck parking area, so that the drivers can view the displayed number.

Image Capturing

FraudGuard is capable of capturing and maintaining the picture of truck number plate, driver face, etc. at the time of weigh in and weigh out process. Image Capturing Module is designed to configure number of available cameras and is for capturing the images at different stages of the weighing operation. The captured images can be viewed in the corresponding weighing screens.

Traffic Light

Traffic lights are used to give signal to the trucks waiting at the parking area for proceeding to do weighing. The green light indicates that the weighbridge is free and ready to for weighing. The red light indicates that the weighbridge is occupied by truck. The truck can go in to the weighbridge only if the green light is on.

Barrier Gate

Barrier gates are one of the security methods used to restrict the entry and exit of trucks to and from the weighbridge. Usually there will be two barrier gates, one at the entrance and one at exit. Only authorized trucks are allowed to go in to the weighbridge. The driver has to swipe the access card to proceed to weighbridge. FraudGuard will verify the card, and opens the barrier gate if the access card validation is successful, else the system will trigger siren and the gate will not be opened. Once the truck entered in to the weighbridge and parked properly, the gate will be close.

Truck Positioning Sensor

The truck positioning feature in FraudGuard system is capable of verifying whether the truck is parked properly on the weighbridge before capturing the weigh. This feature helps to avoid issues related to wrong weight capture due to improper parking of the truck on the weighbridge. The weight will only be captured once the truck is parked properly. The sensors are displayed in the below picture.

Remote Display

Remote display unit is a LED display board to show calling queue number or indicator weight that can be viewed from a distant place. Following are the sample display units.

FraudGuard provides a variety of solutions that helps to prevent deceive. The cheating can be prevented by implementing few simple add-ons with the weighing indicator.

Barrier gates, Camera, positioning sensors, traffic lights, etc. – These accessories can work together with FraudGuard or individually to help to prevent cheating. The gates helps to prevent entry of more than one truck at a time to the weighing scale. It also helps to allow the truck to enter into the weighbridge only if the weighbridge is empty. Camera helps to check the improper operations. Positioning sensors detects improper positioning of trucks. The signals from the sensors decides whether can capture the weight or not. The weight will not be captured if sensors are blocked by something.
