Response time to your site is normally within 24
hours.
To add on to our services, we have a fleet of test
trucks that can test weighbridges, railroad scales,
hopper/tank scales, floor scales, and other heavy
capacity scales.
Service Contract package, available exclusively to
CWIS customers at a minimal annual premium.
Contractual customer benefits among others, unlimited
complaint attendance, generous discounts on spare
parts, free twice per year service visits, priority
in service calls and etc.
We stock the common spare parts for our customers
at a comfortable level, just in case, immediate replacement
is required. Free of charge on loan weighing indicator
and etc, are made available to all our customers when
faulty units, due to some specific reasons, need further
servicing.
